THE Amy Roberts/Richard Exall Quintet are the visiting performers at this the Jazz on Sunday event this weekend at the Newtown National Club in Castleton.
Married couple Amy and Richard who had a baby boy on September 26 are going ahead with the gig, despite rumours to the contrary.
They have played with the Chris Barber Big Band in major venues in Europe and are former winners of the Castleton club's Band of the Year award.
Meanwhile, regulars of the club - including many from Oldham - have voted New Orleans ensemble Frog and Henry as the 2019 band of the year.
They played at the club in February and will return in the same month in 2020.
Music starts at 7.45pm on Sunday and admission costs £8.
