THE following cases have been dealt with by Tameside Magistrates' Court.

SYED Anjum, aged 49, of Belgrave Avenue, failed to ensure the transfer of waste was to an authorised person on or before February 25. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £500 costs and £20 to victim services.

AS AUTOS Oldham Ltd, of Broadway House, Broadway Street, Oldham, failed to secure the transfer of waste to an authorised person. The business was fined £440 and ordered to pay £44 to victim services and costs of £606.

ABDUL Aziz, aged 34, of Middleton Road, Oldham, failed to produce a copy of waste transfer notes for 162 Middleton Road, Oldham for the period from March 20, 3016 to March 20, 2017. He was fined £115 and ordered to pay £400 costs and £30 to victim services.

ALEXANDRU Borcan, aged 24, of Whitehouse Avenue, Oldham, dropped a cigarette in Kent Street on May 3. He was fined £220, and ordered to pay £250 costs and £30 to victim services.

Emma JONES, aged 35, of Belgrave Court, Oldham, dropped a cigarette end in Oldham Way on April 17. She was fined £40 and ordered to pay £250 costs and £30 to victim services.

KARL Peter Buckley, aged 58, of Honeywell Lane, Oldham, drove while disqualified, with no insurance, without due care and attention and failed to stop for a police officer in Manchester Road, Oldham on October 26. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

AARON Anderson Burke, aged 32, of Crowhill View, Holts Estate, Oldham. Failed to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from prison by failing to attend appointments with his offender manager on Juuly 9 and 16. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

LIAM James Curley, aged 20, of Sumner Street, Shaw, failed to comply with a community order made by Kirklees Magistrates’ Court on January 31 by failing to attend appointments on August 14 and 28. He was given a 12-week jail sentence suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay £60 costs. He must also participate in rehabilitation activity for up to a maximum of 10 days.

KENNETH Eyres, aged 44, of Wales Street, Watersheddings, failed to comply with a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on April 24 by failing to attend appointments to see his case manager on August 20 and 28. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

MUSTAPHA Haji, aged 29, of Holly Lane, Oldham, failed to comply with community order made by Manchester City Magistrates’ Court on August 5 by failing to attend induction appointments on August 15 and 22. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

ANTHONY Jess Hebb, aged 34, of Wellford House, Oldham, failed to comply with a suspended sentence order made by Manchester City Magistrates’ Court on March 9 by failing to see his case manager on August 20 and 28. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

An application from Greater Manchester Police for the continued detention of £2,685 of seized cash from Ryan Anyony Fothergill, aged 29, of Alton Street, Oldham, under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 has been granted.

DANIEL Dronsfield, aged 30, of Ayr Avenue, Oldham, pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis at Tameside on March 13. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 to victim services.

COLIN Bell Matthew Maguire, aged 45, of Castleton Road, Royton, assaulted a woman on June 22 at Oldham. He was ordered to undertake rehabilitation activity up to a maximum of 20 and carry out 11 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. He must also pay £50 compensation, £85 costs and £85 to victim services. Maguire was also given a restraining order preventing him from making contact directly or indirectly with his victim except through a third party for the purposes of child contact.

ZAK Martyn Chadderton, aged 35, of Sydenham street, Oldham stole steak worth £12 from the Iceland store at Ashton. He was given a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £21 to victim services.

TOMMY Joe O’Connor, aged 30, of Rowden Road, Holts, was found in possession of cocaine at and drove a car with excess levels of the drug and Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood on Lily Lanes, Ashton on March 13. He was fined a total of £360 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 to victim services. He was banned from driving for 24 months.

TAUSEEF Malik, aged 39, of Lees Road, Oldham, failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Worthing and Chichester Magistrates’ Court on September 29, 2014 by failing to attend a probation appointment on August 12 and 26, 2015, and on January 18, 2016 failed to comply with notification requirements under the Sexual Offences Act 2003. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

DARREN Nuttall, aged 48, of Liskeard Avenue, Royton, drove a car in Salte Street, Oldham on April 25 with excess levels of the controlled drug Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood and with no insurance. He was fined a total of £360 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 to victim services.

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Steven David Andrew, aged 32, of Falmouth Street, Oldham, on charges of begging in Union street, Oldham on September 28.

GAYNOR Griffiths, aged 45, of Vesper Street, Failsworth was guilty of drink driving in Roman Road, Failsworth on October 7. She was fined £300 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £32 to victim services.

DAVID Anthony Holt, aged 43, of Esther street, Oldham, stole Bosch power drills worth £930 from Cromford Business Centre, Cromford Street, Oldham on May 22. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

SYLVA Kotlarova, aged 22, of Crete Street, Oldham, was guilty of drink driving in Crete Road on September 29. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

An application from Greater Manchester Police for the continued detention of £1,745 of seized cash from Amaan Hassan, aged 25, of Cotton Mill Crescent, Oldham, under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, has been granted.

An application from Greater Manchester Police for the continued detention of£1,000 of seized cash from Kyle Webster, aged 21, of Hollins Road, Oldham, under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 has been granted.

KAMRAN Aziz, aged 37, of Queens Road, Oldham, failed to comply with a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on July 1 by missing unpaid work appointments on August 5 and 12. He was ordered to carry out 10 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months.

NATHAN Lee Christopher Riley, aged 24, of Longfellow Crescent, Oldham, drove a Mercedes A Class car on Greenacres Road, Oldham, drove without insurance, or a licence, without due care and attention and failed to stop and report an accident on January 7. He was given an 18-month conditional discharge. Riley was also ordered to pay £20 to victim services.

RABEIA Fiaz, aged 33, of Abbey Hills Road, Oldham, was guilty of speeding on Manchester Road, Werneth, on February 1, She was fined £60 and ordered to pay £85 and £30 to victim services.
