A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving after police deployed a stinger to stop a car last night (Sunday, November 3)
At first it was believed the car was stolen after it failed to stop for a police patrol car on Ashton Road in Oldham.
Police arrest the driver on suspicion of drink driving and theft of the Ford Fiesta car along with two passengers, but it turned out the vehicle was courtesy car.
The pursuit involved GMP's Tactical Vehicle Intervention Unit, firearms officers and dogs.
