A MAN has been charged with a number of offences including armed robbery in Oldham.
Cameron Bland, 38, of no fixed address has been charged with the following offences:
• Two counts of criminal damage
• Two counts of assault
• Four counts of possession of a bladed article
• Assault on a police officer
• Two counts of public order offences
• Six counts of theft
• Five counts of robbery
He appeared at Manchester and Salford Magistrates on Monday (November 4).
He will reappear at Minshull Street Crown Court on Monday, December 2.
The charges follow an investigation by Oldham’s Operation Gladiator team into a knife point robbery at McDonald's on Lucas Street on Tuesday, October 29 and another knife-point robbery at Co-op, Grotton on Thursday, October 31
