THE following cases have been dealt with by Tameside Magistrates' Court.

GAVIN Patrick Samuel, aged 42, of Waterloo Street, Oldham drove a Toytoa car on Bredon Way, Oldham, while disqualified and with no insurance.

GEMMA Louise Andrews, aged 34, of Falmouth Street, Oldham, failed to comply with a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on June 28 by failing to attend appointments at Oldham probation office for appointments on July 16 and August 13. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

DANIEL James Birch, aged 29, of Acre Lane, Oldham, failed to comply with a community order made by Tameside magistrates’ Court on February 28 by failing to attend appointments at Oldham probation office on June 19 and September 11. He was fined £100 and ordered to continue rehabilitation activity and must pay £30 costs.

JUSTIN Leo Storer, aged 39, of Spring Street, Oldham, stole computer accessories worth £51.96 from Game on June 18. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £20 to victim services.

ANTHONY Maughan, aged 41, of Potter House, Eldon Street, Oldham, failed to comply with supervision requirements imposed following release from prison by failing to attend appointments at Oldham probation office on July 29 and August 5. Maughan was given a curfew order with electronic monitoring for 20 days. Must remain at home between the hours of 7pm to 7am until November 19. There was no order for costs.

JORDAN Lee Bibby, aged 26, of Glamorgan Place, Oldham, drove vehicle at Accrington on October 13 with no licence or insurance. He was fined £123 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 to victim services.

BRADLEY John Jackson, aged 31, of Crossbank House, Manchester Street, Oldham, broke into premises at ABros Stores in Oldham and stole £144 worth of cigarettes and stole confectionary worth £48 from Sainsbury’s at Oldhamon September 25. On September 26, he broke in to ABros again and stole £100 of cigarettes. On September 27, he stole alcohol worth £80, and confectionary worth £170 from Sainsbury’s. On October 1, he stole confectionary worth £80 and October 2 he stole confectionary worth £60, both also from Sainsbury’s. He was jailed for a total of 20 weeks because of a “blatant spree of offending while on a court order”.

AMANDA Edge, aged 34, of Raper Street, Oldham, failed to secure transfer of household waste to an authorised person. She was fined £40 and ordered to pay costs of £250 and £30 to victim services.

COCO Mwenzo, aged 27, of Villa Road, Oldham, failed to ensure the transfer of household waste to an authorised person. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

TRACEY O'Donnell, aged 42, of Bessemer Way, failed to ensure the transfer of household waste was to an authorised person. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

MOHAMMED Saleem, aged 49, of Stafford Street, Oldham, failed to ensure the transfer of household waste to an authorised person. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

IONAL Tontoroiu, aged 21, of Snowden Street, Oldham, dumped bags of domestic waste on land at Snowden street, Ashton Road Oldham on or about January 25, on or about February 13 and on or about February 27. A warrant was issued for his arrest.
