TRAFFIC is building on Deane Road in Bolton after a rush hour collision involving a pedestrian.
Emergency vehicles on currently on the scene.
Police said a teenage boy was taken to hospital, but his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
They say they were calle to the scene just before 7.45am.
One eye-witness reported paramedics treating a person on the scene.
She said: "Traffic is starting to back up in the area going into Bolton.
"Ambulance and police are on the scene and paramedics are treating someone in the middle of the road.
"There was a car at the side of the road."
Any road closures have now been lifted.
