THE following cases have been dealt with by Tameside Magistrates’ Court in the last week:

DAMIEN Michael Carr , aged 27, of Sandringham Drive, Dukinfield, Tameside, pleaded guilty to assault by beating and criminal damage which happened in Ashton-Under-Lyne on October 4. The case was adjourned to December 6 to tie up with other cases.

LOUISE Kimberley Elliott, age 34, of Birch Lane, Dukinfield, Tameside, failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Bolton Magistrates Court on May 24, by failing to attend for a planned office appointments on September 3 and September 16. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

CANDICE Lyons, aged 29, of Hansby Close, Royton, Oldham, failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Tameside (Ashton under Lyne) Magistrates Court on September 26, by failing to attend for a planned office appointment on September 10. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

JOE Luke Makin, aged 29, of Hopkinson Close, Uppermill, Oldham, admitting to failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Tameside (Ashton under Lyne) Magistrates Court on January 22 by failing to attend for your planned office visits on September 20 and September 27. Community order extended.

PETRICA Patachi, aged 32, of Cranbrook Street, Oldham, Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Tameside (Ashton under Lyne) Magistrates Court on March 22 by failing to attend for unpaid work appointments on July 29 and September 13. A warrant for his arrest was issued.

DALE Grant Stevenson, aged 27, of Tennyson Street, Oldham, failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Chester Magistrates Court on 14/01/2019 by failing to attend for unpaid work appointments on August 18 and September 15. A warrant for his arrest was issued.

JOAN Collins, aged 65, of Dairy Street, Chadderton, Oldham, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Oldham on May 15. Given a restraining order until November 4, 2021 and ordered to pay £620 to the CPS and a victim surcharge of £20.

GARETH Kelly, aged 41, of Littledale, Royton, Oldham, on July 27, in Oldham drove a vehicle without insurance. He was fined £83 and given a victim surcharge of £30 plus costs of £85.

RIAZ Ali, aged 34, of Ashley Street, Oldham, was found guilty of failing to provide a sample of blood to police after being found guilty of driving a Mini One without insurance and without due care and attention on the M60 at Ashton-Under-Lyne on June 17.

CAMERON Gavin Bland, aged 27, of Royle Close, Oldham, Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that Mr Bland failed to attend planned appointments on October 14 and October 21. He is currently homeless and his whereabouts is unknown. He was sentenced to prison for 14 days.

LISA Jane McCamphill, age 35, of Julian House, Henshaw Street, Oldham, entered Oldham town centre when prohibited from doing so by a criminal behaviour order made by Tameside Magistrates Court on September 16. She was fined £30 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and costs of £38 to the CPS.
