THE following cases have been dealt with by Tameside Magistrates' Court.

CALVIN James Boyle, aged 35, of Coashaw Green, Oldham, failed to comply with a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on March 18 by failing to attend to see his case manager on august 28 and unpaid work on September 22. He has now been dealt with for his original offence of stealing a Dewalt laser worth £350 belonging to a man and failing to surrender to custody at Manchester magistrates’ Court on December 20, 2018 and on February 6, 2019. He was given a six-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay £60 costs.

KELLY Anne Grundy, aged 36, of Byrom Street, Oldham, failed to comply with a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on July 31 by failing to attend appointments at Oldham CRC offices on September 3 and 12. She must now comply with instructions from the responsible officer to attend appointments and participate in any activity as required by the officer up to a maximum of two days and original rehabilitation activity will also continue. Grundy must also pay £60 costs.

PAUL David Hazeltine, aged 31, of Brook Avenue, Shaw, failed to comply with a community order made by Manchester City Magistrates’ Court on June 4, by failing to attend unpaid work on August 6 and September 19. He must now carry out 10 hours unpaid work and pay costs of £60.

ADAM Maco, aged 19, of Kent Street, Oldham, failed to comply with a youth rehabilitation order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on July 1 by failing to attend his statutory office appointment on August 14. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

ROBERT Michael Slicker, aged 48, of Cheltenham Street, Oldham, failed to comply with a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on April 9 by failing to attend Oldham CRC officer for appointments on June 10 and September 23. He was dealt with for his original offences of theft of a charity box from Sainsbury’s at Oldham on March 22, April 8 and theft of cash of a value unknown to the MIND charity on September 11 and on October 3 failed to surrender to custody at Tameside Magistrates’ Court. On October 16 he broke into A J Mobiles at Oldham and stole a mobile phone worth £400. On October 19 he stole a charity box containing an unknown quantity of cash from Home Bargains at Oldham and was equipped with a pair of pliers for theft. On or about October 17 he stole a charity box containing about £40 from The Crown pub in Walsh Street, Oldham On November 10 he stole a charity box containing an unknown quantity of cash belonging to the Royal British Legion at Oldham. On September 8, he stole a charity box containing an unknown quantity of cash from Millstream Animal Shelter at Oldham. On October 28, he stole burners and a candle worth £30 belonging to LA Florist. Slicker has been jailed for 30 weeks and must pay £149 to victim services.

JAMES Cooke, aged 38, of Kershaw Road, Failsworth on October 4 and 31, visited an address in Aldred Street , Failsworth when prohibited from doing so by a non-molestation order made by Manchester Family Court on May 7. On October 4 he assaulted a woman by beating. His offences occurred while the subject of a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on June 10 imposed after he breached a non-molestation order. He was given a 12-week prison sentence suspended for two years. He must also carry out 100 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay £100 costs, £100 compensation and £122 to victim services.

CHRISTINE Snee, aged 60, of Cornill Street, Oldham, was the owner of two dangerously out of control german shepherd dogs, one of which injured two women. Magistrates ordered the dog which has now bitten three people to be destroyed. Snee must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work and was fined £258. She must also pay £300 compensation.

ABU Munahim, aged 23, of Washington Street, Oldham, was found in possession of cannabis and cocaine at Oldham on May 8, He was given a two-year conditional discharge and ordered to forfeit the drug. He must also pay £30 to victim services.

ERIC Wild, aged 74, of Buttermere Grove, Royton, made indecent photographs, namely a category A moving image of a child and 16 category B images, 323 category C images and possessed an extreme pornographic image of a person carrying out a sex act with a dog between December 31 2015 and December 16, 2017. He was committed to Minshull Street Manchester Crown Court for sentence on December 12.

ASHLEY Wright, aged 28, of Ewood, Oldham, was found in possession of a six inch kitchen knife in a public place. He was given an eight-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months. He must also pay £85 costs and £122 to victim services.

DANUT Bacaoanu, aged 37, of Honeywell Lane, Oldham, failed to ensure the transfer of household waste to an authorised person. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

KAROLINA Dabrowska, aged 40, of Dowry Street, Oldham, failed to ensure the transfer of household waste to an authorised person. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

VASILE Holea, aged 42, of Kelverlow Street,Oldham, failed to ensure the transfer of household waste to an authorised person. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

PETER Smedley, aged 31, of Dowry Street, Oldham, failed to ensure household waste was transferred to an authorised person. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

VALENTIN Vasile Sorica, aged 38, of Ashton Road, Oldham, failed to ensure the transfer of household waste to an authorised person. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

KENNETH Eyres, aged 44, of Wales Street, Watersheddings, failed to comply with a community order made by Tameside Magistrates’ Court on April 24 by failing to attend appointments to see his case manager at Oldham CRC on August 20 and 28. He was fined £200.

ADAM Ahmed, aged 35, of Alva Road, Moorside, Oldham, caused £100 worth of damage to a police custody cell at Ashton on July 29. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 costs, £100 compensation and £21 to victim services.
