A 24-year-old man has been jailed because of his persistent failure to comply with court orders after being found guilty of drink driving.
Jake Hussain, aged 24, of South Hill Street, Oldham, was also convicted for driving with no insurance and with no licence on April 28.
He then failed to surrender to custody at Manchester Magistrates’ Court on May 30 and Tameside Magistrates’ Court on September 2.
Hussain was jailed for six weeks and must also pay £300 costs and £115 to victim services.
