A MAN has been given a suspended prison sentence for failing to comply with an enforcement order requiring the removal of waste from his address to an authorised facility.
Ervan Connell, aged 52, of Acres Farm, Kiln Lane, Healds Green, Chadderton, received a 26-week jail term suspended for 12 months for the offence committed on January 16, 2017.
Connell was also placed under curfew with electronic monitoring until March 26. Until then he must be at home from 7pm to 7am daily. He was also ordered to pay £4,595.98 costs and £115 to victim services by Tameside magistrates.
