A MAN of 45 has been brought back before Tameside Magistrates Court for failing to comply with a community order it imposed on April 3.
Danu Spiridon, of Marion Street, Oldham, did not turn up for unpaid work appointments on June 29 and July 6 and could not provide a legitimate excuse for his non attendance. He must now carry out 10 hours more unpaid work in the next 12 months and pay £60 costs after appearing in court again on December 3.
