A MAN who carried out two break-ins in Oldham has been ordered to pay £1,344 compensation to his victims.
David Anthony Holt, 43, of Park Road, Oldham stole six Bosch power drills and a black storage box worth £930 on May 22 from Cromford business Centre in Cromford Street.
Between May 5 and 6 he also entered the Crossfit Unit at Adelaid Mill in Gould Street with intent to steal.
On October 24, Holt failed to surrender to bail at Greater Manchester Magistrates’ Court after being released on bail in criminal proceedings on October 4 at Ashton Police station.
Appearing at Tameside Magistrates’ Court on December 3, Holt was given a community order and curfew with electronic monitoring until January 27. Until then, he must be at home between 8pm and 6am daily. He must also pay a total of £1,344 compensation. Holt must also attend drug rehabilitation activity.
