A MAN caught driving with cannabis in his blood has paid a heavy price.
Connor Lee Hamilton, 19, of Sydenham Street, Oldham, drove on Vulcan Street, Oldham with excess levels on the drug in his system and with no licence on June 17, 2019.
He was fined £323 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £32 to victim services, when he appeared at Tameside Magistrates’ Court on January 9.
He was also banned from driving for 12 months.
