A 25-YEAR-old Oldham man has paid a heavy price for denying a drink drive charge.
Imran Ali, of Bobbin Walk, was found guilty of driving with excess alcohol is his blood at Poppy Road car park on October 12, 2019. He also resisted a police constable in the execution of his duty. He was fined a total of £422 and ordered to pay £660 costs. Ali was also banned from driving for 15 months when he appeared before Tameside Magistrates' Court on January 10.
