A MURDER accused filmed himself kicking a naked man in the testicles to make an example of him because he was threatening to release “pornographic videos” on a phone he had given him, a court heard.

Raheel Khan told the police he lost his temper with his mate Fizzy because he was drunk and aggressive and said he would “let those videos out.”

Khan, who denies murdering Mohammed Feazan Ayaz but admits manslaughter, told officers from the West Yorkshire Homicide and Major Enquiry Team: “I didn’t kill him.”

The jury at Bradford Crown Court has heard that Mr Ayaz’s naked body was dumped in Saffron Drive, Allerton, Bradford, on July 1 last year.

The prosecution alleges that he was “systematically and sadistically beaten to death” while his torment was filmed on Khan’s phone.

Khan told detectives he had known Fizzy for two years. They had lived together and were close friends.

“I’d even call him my brother,” he said.

They had been chilling with others at Unit 2 at Denholme Business Centre which Khan said was his “safe house.”

“I’ve been avoiding the police for two years,” he stated. “I’ve been staying out of trouble.”

He and other men were chilling at the unit on the night of June 30 but Fizzy was aggressive, drunk and kicking off,” Khan said.

“He was pissed and trying to pick a fight.”

Another guy punched him and Khan said he picked Fizzy up, poured water on his face and told the lad he shouldn’t have hit him.

Khan said he didn’t want any drama at the unit because he would not be able to live there anymore.

Fizzy was saying he would call the police and he scuffled with someone in the corridor.

“The unit wasn’t safe anymore because of what he was doing,” Khan explained.
