WARNINGS of hold-ups on the M62 eastbound have been issued as a result of a stranded vehicle.
Highways England have tweeted that three lanes have been closed on the motorway from junction 21 (Milnrow) towards junction 22 (Saddleworth and Rocking Stones).
This is because the vehicle is not movable. Recovery vehicles are on route
