A MAN, aged 33, has been jailed for 14 weeks as a result of his "flagrant disregard for court orders".
John Seymour Dunkerley, of Thomas Street Lees, was tested for drink driving in Thomas Street, Oldham, on January 17, and presented an "extremely high reading", Tameside Magistrates' Court was told.
At the time he was also disqualified from driving and had no insurance. These offences were commited while he was serving a community sentence for drink driving in Union Street, Oldham on July 11.
Dunkerley must also pay £122 to victim services.
