A COURT hearing surrounding the future of Oldham Athletic has been adjourned.
Boundary Park landlords Brassbank took Latics owner Abdallah Lemsagam to court over a £600,000 debt, the club being threatened with administration.
But with progress being made and some money paid back both parties asked for the court to reconvene in six weeks - which was agreed - meaning the next hearing will be on April 21.
The court was also told that reports Laurence Bassini had agreed a takeover of the club were not true.
