A 24-year-old man from Shaw has appeared at Tameside Magistrates' Court on charges of stalking a woman for four months during 2019.
Daniel Owen, of Pleasant View, Clough, visited his victim's address, threw items into her garden, posted items through her letterbox and tried to contact her on social media between April 2 and August 30 after being served with a harassment warning.
Appearing on March 13, Owen was placed under curfew with electronic tagging until April 24 and must be at home between 9pm and 7am daily until then.
He as also given a restraining order preventing him from making contact directly or indirectly with his victim or entering the street where she lives until March 12, 2022. Owen must also pay £85 costs and £85 to victim services.
