Two men have been arrested on suspicion of rape following an alleged incident in Camborne over the weekend.
Police said the reported incident happened between 11.45pm on Saturday, May 16 and 1am on Sunday, May 17 in the grounds of Camborne Conservative Club in Tehidy Road.
A police spokesperson said: "The victim, a female aged in her late teens, is being supported by specially-trained officers.
"Detectives would like to hear from any witnesses who may have been in the vicinity of Camborne Conservative Club or using Tehidy Road at the time of the incident."
An 18-year-old man from Redruth and a 24-year-old man from Helston have since been arrested on suspicion of rape.
Both men have been released on police bail until June.
Detective Inspector Glenn Willcocks said: “This is a rare and isolated incident. I would like to reassure the public that police are not currently looking for anyone else in connection with this incident.”
