A MAN who ignored a restraining order and went to Elsie Street, Bolton, on May 8 has been jailed for eight weeks.
The restraining order, banning Daniel Marlor, aged 26, of Century Lodge, Bolton, from going to the streets was made by the court in August last year.
But Manchester Magistrates’ Court heard that Marlor, who has a previous criminal record and was subject to a community sentence at the time, has shown a “flagrant disregard” for court orders.
Marlor was also ordered to pay a £128 victim surcharge.
