A MAN has paid the penalty for prior offences after failing to comply with a community order made by Tameside Magistrates' Court last year.

Aziz Kamran, 38, of Queens Road, Oldham, did not maintain contact with his responsible office from December 12 to April 14 this year.

When his officer conducted a home visit the occupant said Kamran no longer lived at that address.

His original offences were that he used violence to enter The Hazleden Hotel, knowing that there was someone present opposed to his entry.

He has been dealt with for his original offence of causing £300 worth of damage to a door belonging to a man and assaulting a woman.

Kamran was also found in possession of cannabis and damaged a pane of glass worth £150 belonging to another woman. He was given an eight-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months and must comply with any activity required by his responsible officer up to a maximum of 17 days.
