A WARRANT has been issued for the arrest of a 32-year-old Oldham man who failed to turn up at court to answer charges of driving while disqualified and with no insurance.
Marius State, of Fulham Street, is accused of driving an Audi Estate on Manchester Road, Ashton illegally on April 29.
He was on Friday due to appear at Stockport Magistrates’ Court, which has been handling Oldham cases during the coronavirus lockdown, but he did not attend.
