CUSTODY: David McMurray has been jailed for four weeks for breaching a restraining order
A 50-year-old man has been jailed for eight weeks for breaching a restraining order imposed by Tameside magistrates by visiting an address in drink and causing damage in the early hours of July 20.
Shahrukh Bayzi, 50, of Stanley Street, Chadderton must also pay £128 to victim services.
