JUSTICE has caught up with a 26-year-old Uppermill man who failed to comply with a community order imposed by Tameside magistrates two-and-a-half years ago.
Niall Terence Curley, of Wade Row, failed to turn up for appointments between November 26, 2017 and January 7, 2018. He has been fined £350 and dealt with for his original offence of assaulting a man by beating on December 23, 2015.
Curley has also been placed under curfew for 17 weeks until November 15 and must be at home daily between 6pm and 8am. He must also carry out 136 hours of unpaid work
