Suspected burglar rescued by emergency services after becoming trapped on roof
EMERGENCY services had to rescue a suspected burglar last night after he became trapped on a roof.
Police were called to Washington Street in Girlington around 12:36am today following reports of 'a male on the roof of a property'.
Police called firefighters from Fairweather Green station who provided a ladder and brought him down safely.
The 23-year-old male from Bradford was arrested on suspicion of burglary, West Yorkshire Police confirmed.
Enquiries are continuing today.
