ONE lane was closed on a major motorway this morning thanks to a broken-down lorry.
The vehicle had to have its tyre changed on the eastbound carriageway of the M62, between junction 24 (Ainley Top) and junction 25 (Brighouse).
Lane one of three was closed while the situation was dealt with.
It was first reported at around 7am, and the issue was causing slow traffic, according to the AA's traffic page.
The situation was resolved and the lane reopened at around 8.53am - nearly two hours after the incident was reported.
