A VIETNAMESE national has appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with cannabis production after police discovered a "farm" on three floors of a house in Accrington Road, Blackburn.
Le Van Quan, 23, of no fixed address, pleaded not guilty to production of the drug. He was ordered to stand trial at Preston Crown Court and remanded in custody until he appears there on September 14.
The court heard Quan had telephoned the police and told them he was being forced to look after the crop.
