BEN Clancy, 27, of Ronald Street, Oldham, broke Health Protection (Coronavirus Regulations) while at Oldham Meek Street, by being with three other people who live at different addresses on May 13.
He was fined £65 and ordered to pay £50 costs and £34 to victim services when he appeared at Tameside Magistrates' Court on September 8.
