SERIAL explorer and charity fundraising teacher Steve Hill is gearing up to run the Virtual London Marathon soon.
The 48-year-old deputy head at St Joseph's RC Primary School will a 26-mile course around streets near his Moorside home on Sunday, October 4.
Steve should be well practised for the gruelling run, having already run the distance round a similar course on the original date for the London Marathon in April which was postponed because of the coronavirus pandemic.
He has raised thousands of pounds for his own cause - the Team Hill Charitable Trust.
