A WARRANT has been issued for the arrest of a man who is charged with fraudulently claiming housing benefit while in paid employment.
Between May 21 and November 26 and May 14 and December 25, 2018, Gary Swords, of Ashton Road, Oldham, is said to have failed to inform Oldham Council of a change in personal circumstances affecting his entitlement to benefit. He failed to appear at Tameside Magistrates’ Court on October 1.
