ISMAEL BAHREMAND, aged 21 and of Caird Street, London, admits assaulting a man by beating him at Tesco Express in Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, on June 4. Committed to prison for 12 weeks. To pay £150 compensation. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on August 20 having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on August 3. Committed to prison for two weeks consecutive. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on September 2 having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on August 27. Committed to prison for two weeks consecutive. Overall length of sentence of 16 weeks.

SIOBHAN BERNADETTE FARRELLY, aged 59 and of Linersh Wood, Guildford, admits driving a motor vehicle in Bargates, Christchurch, on July 8 with 87 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £500. To pay £50 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 20 months.

JOHN ANDREW WESTWOOD, aged 59 and of Mude Gardens, Christchurch, admits as manager of One 2 One Security Ltd during the course of providing security industry services, namely door supervisor to The German Pop Up Bar and those services were provided wholly or partly by means of the activities of Joseph Lloyd Biggs as a security operative, which involved him engaging in licensable conduct, namely door supervisor, and he was not the holder of a licence for that conduct. Fined £250. To pay £32 surcharge and £350 costs.

EAST DORSET

LOUISE VEAL, aged 46 and of Bridle Way, Wimborne, admits driving a Hyundai in Middlehill Road, Wimborne, on March 6 with 3.9 micrograms of THC per litre of blood. Discharged conditionally for six months. To pay £21 surcharge. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

ALAN JOHN GRAY, aged 61 and of Fryers Copse, Wimborne, admits driving a Vauxhall Meriva in Fryers Copse on July 30 with 103 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £640. To pay £64 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 24 months.

MICKEY LEE STANLEY, aged 22 and of Leigh Road, Wimborne, admits using towards a woman threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, on March 2. To pay £50 compensation and £40 costs.

NICHOLAS LEONARD MARVIN, aged 51 and of Gallows Drive, West Parley, Ferndown, found guilty of assaulting a woman by beating her in Bournemouth on October 12, 2019. Community order made whereby defendant must carry out 150 hours of unpaid work. To pay £90 surcharge and £175 costs.

SABRI WASHINGTON STONE, aged 28 and of High Street, Shaftesbury, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on November 20, 2019, by failing to attend for appointments with his responsible officer on December 2, 2019, failing to attend for unpaid work on March 4 and failing to attend telephone appointments on June 12, June 17, July 8 and July 15.
