A MAN of 23 has been fined and ordered to participate in rehabilitation activity after missing telephone appointments which were part of a community order made by Tameside Magistrates' Court on January 8.
Mohammed Nuruz Zaman, 23, of Wainsford Walk, Oldham, was brought back to the court on October 23 for failing to make the appointment on July 7.
As a result, he has been dealt with for his original offence of causing £150 worth of damage to a front door. The fine was for £50 and the rehabilitation activity will be for a maximum of 17 days.
