TWO men in their 20s from Oldham have been fined and banned from driving in separate hearings after being caught behind the wheel with cannabis in their system.
Daniel Alan Hoy, 24, of Staveley Close, Shaw, drove a Mercedes A180 car on Manchester Road, Shaw, on February 9, with cannabis in his system.
Hoy also failed to stop when so required by police and drove without due car and attention.
Stockport magistrates fined him £170 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £32 to victim services. He was also banned from driving for 12 months.
Makallum Lee Williams, 22, of Marland Avenue, Fitton Hill was stopped in a Vauxhall Corsa car on Ripponden Road, Oldham, on February 23.
Stockport magistrates issued a fined of £120 and ordered him to pay £85 costs and £32 to victim services. He was banned from driving for 12 months.
