A MAN and a woman living at the same address in Oldham have been fined for stealing a man’s credit card and attempting to use it fraudulently.
Kelly Marie Heney, 38, and Lee Ullah, 46, of Shaw Road, Oldham, the credit card belonging on April 28.
On May 5, Heney attempted to fraudulently use it for goods worth £24.30 and some time between April 28 and May 7, Ullah tried to obtain goods worth £478.47.
Heney and Ullah were each fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £95 to victim services. Heney was also ordered to undertake rehabilitation activity for up to a maximum of 25 days.
Ullah was ordered to undergo treatment for drug dependency for six months and to take part in rehabilitation activity for up to a maximum of eight days.
