A man has been arrested after the incident in Ashton town centre earlier this week.
A man has been arrested after a woman was targetted when withdrawing money from a bank in Ashton town centre.
The woman in question approached the ATM of the Halifax bank at around 10am yesterday morning.
The man pushed her out of the way and stole her money once she had made the withdrawal.
Officers were called the scene where they supported the woman and carried out investigations.
Following this they have arrested a man they believe to be responsible and he is in custody awaiting interview.
