More than 120 plants were found in four rooms.
Police discovered a large cannabis plant during the execution of a drugs warrant in Oldham.
Officers attended at the property on Hawksley Street over the weekend and found four rooms being used to grow the drug.
A total of 121 plants were seized and the majority of these were over 5ft tall.
A statement from the Failsworth and Hollinwood team on Saturday said: "The electrics had been bypassed so badly electricians are currently digging the footpath outside the address to cut off the supply."
