An Oldham man will go on trial next month accused of a string of motoring offences and assaults on police officers.
Zubair Adair has been accused of driving while disqualified in the town earlier this month.
On the same occasion the 26-year-old is said to have driven without insurance and without a licence.
He is also accused of assaulting two police officers in Ashton Custody Office.
The man from Netherley Street in Oldham previously indicated a not guilty plea to the five allegations against him.
The case called again at Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court and a trial date was fixed for next month.
