An Oldham man has been fined after admitting possessing cannabis.
Chaudary Bashir admitted the offence which took place in Tewkesbury in Gloucestershire on a single date in September last year.
The 27-year-old, from Foster Street in Oldham, was fined £75 after pleading guilty to having the drug on him during a recent appearance at Manchester and Salford Magistrates' Court.
The court also made an order to destroy the drugs in question and took into account his guilty plea when imposing a sentence.
He said he would pay off the fine at a rate of £20 per month beginning at the end of this month.
