A man is due to go on trial next year accused of a rape in Oldham.
Subtain Khan appeared in Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court yesterday where he faced two allegations.
The 39-year-old pleaded not guilty to rape in Oldham in December 2019.
He faced a second charge of attempted rape of the same woman on the same date.
He also pleaded not guilty to this allegation.
Khan, of Richmond Street in Ashton Under Lyne, was given a trial date of April 2022.
Judge John Edwards told him to prepare a defence statement setting out his response to the allegations.
