SHOCKING video footage has captured the moment of van full of waste was dumped on a residential street.
The clip – recorded on Valiant Close in Fearnhead early on Friday, May 7 – showed a workman unloading a metal bed frame into a pile of rubbish.
Warrington Borough Council has confirmed that the incident has been reported to its environmental health team.
A spokesperson said “This incident has been reported to an environmental crime officer, but the video and precise details of the incident have not yet been received.
“The incident will be investigated and actioned when the evidence has been received.”
