Electricity North West has said power should be restored this afternoon
A power cut is taking place affecting 46 properties in Oldham.
Electricity North West has revealed is it one of three areas currently exeperiencing difficulties alongside Lancahire and Wigton in Cumbria.
The issue was first reported shortly before 7am this morning.
Electricity North West has also said it expects power in the town to be restored fully shortly after 1pm, meaning residents could face six hours of being switched off.
