Muhmud has been banned from the roads
An Oldham man has been banned from the roads and fined after failing to provide details to the police when behind the wheel.
Sana Muhmud was convicted of the offence at Tameside Magistrates’ Court.
In August last year he failed to give information when he was the driver of a BMW when he was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
The offence took place in Greater Manchester.
The 34-year-old, who did not attend at court, was given a six month ban from the roads.
As well as this the man from Yorkdale in Oldham was given a fine of £660.
