A TEENAGER has been charged with murder after a dad-to-be was stabbed to death in Limeside.
Police were called just after 5.05pm on Wednesday, May 26 to a report of a disturbance involving a group of men causing damage to a property on Fifth Avenue.
Officers say that during the incident, Charlie Elms, aged 25, was fatally injured and died at the scene.
Six people have been charged since his death and yesterday police said that a seventh person, a 17-year-old boy from Oldham, was arrested and has been charged with murder and violent disorder.
He appeared at Manchester Magistrates' Court on Saturday morning and was remanded into custody to appear at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court.
