Three people have appeared in court accused of stealing a mobile phone from a man in Oldham.
Bilal Khan, Amy Pelling and Anthony Spencer are said to have carried out the theft in the town in September last year.
Khan, 44 and from Edward Street in Oldham, Pelling, 29 and from Johnson Terrace in Dukinfield and Spencer, 35, all appeared at Tameside Magistrates’ Court in relation to the offence.
The matter against the Khan and Pelling was subsequently sent for trial at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court, where the pair will appear next month.
Spencer was given a fresh hearing date at Tameside Magistrates’ Court next month.
