POLICE are searching for a man caught on CCTV in connection with a burglary in Stalybridge.
A property on Cedar Avenue in Stalybridge was broken into at around 2.50am on Wednesday 28 April.
The man took money from the property and made off with it while the occupiers were asleep.
Almost two months later, Greater Manchester Police have released a still from CCTV footage at the property in an attempt to find the man.
On Facebook, GMP Tameside said: “Do you recognise this man?
“We want to speak to him following a burglary on Cedar Avenue in Stalybridge at around 2.48am on 28 April.
“A man broke in whilst the occupants in the address were asleep and made off with cash.”
Anyone with information is asked to call the police on 0161 856 0120 and quote incident number 339 of Wednesday 28 April.
