POLICE seized a 4x4 buggy on Monday after the driver was found to have no licence and no insurance.
GMP Tameside posted a photo of the buggy on social media after officers came across it on a road in Hyde.
Some buggies are legal to use on the road, but all drivers must have a licence and a buggy must be insured.
It is not a legal requirement to wear a helmet, although it is recommended.
Police have the right to seize a vehicle if the driver does not have a licence and insurance.
