Vasile was given a conditional discharge at Leeds Magistrates' Court
An Oldham woman has been given a conditional discharge from court – despite admitting multiple charges of theft.
Bianca Vasile stole baby milk worth £11 from a Boots store in Leeds, clothes worth £350 from M&S in Leeds and perfume worth £238 from Debenhams in Wakefield.
The offences took place in June and July of 2019.
The 21-year-old also failed to turn up at court that year.
At Leeds Magistrates’ Court this week the woman from New Earth Street in Oldham was given a conditional discharge, to run for 18 months, in relation to the four offences.
The outcome means if she remains out of trouble for that time period she will receive no further punishment for the offences.
