A man who dangerously in Oldham while under the influence of drugs had been spared jail.
Mykola Kowszar admitted that in December last year he was behind the wheel of a Honda Civic in the town with cannabis in his system.
He also admitted driving dangerously and that he did not have insurance to be behind the wheel.
The 23-year-old, from New Lane in Middleton, appeared in Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court to be sentenced.
The court heard previously he had travelled at 95mph in a 30mph speed limit.
He was given a 12 month sentence suspended for two years, a drug rehabilitation order to last six months, required to do 25 rehabilitation activity requirement days and placed on a curfew ordering him to remain at home between 8pm and 6am for three months.
He was also banned from the roads for two years and required to take an extended retest before he can drive again.
