A second man has been arrested after the UK Border Force discovered almost £3million of cannabis last week.
The Oldham Challenger Team followed up on the discovery on Friday and arrested a man.
And now a second man has been arrested in connection with the drugs that were found by officers.
Shan Gao has been charged with importing class b drugs with the intention to evade prohibition or restriction.
The 53-year-old from Moss Lane East in Manchester will appear at Tameside Magistrates’ Court.
The UK Border Force discovered 400 kilograms of cannabis during it operation, which was worth an estimated £2.9million.
